By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes InPlay Global and the category we are building. It is for general information only. Nothing on the Site creates an account, an entitlement to any product, or a binding commitment by us to provide any service.

3. No offer, no investment or betting advice

InPlay Global is building toward a regulated, market-based way to participate in the economic movement created by sports performance. It is not betting and not a prediction market. Nothing on this Site is, or should be relied on as, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Any future product will be offered only where lawful, to eligible persons, and in accordance with applicable regulation and its own documentation.

The Site may describe plans, features, and regulatory intentions that are forward-looking and subject to change. Availability, timing, and the final form of any product depend on development, market conditions, and regulatory approvals, and may differ materially from what is described here.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

6. Waitlist and enquiries

If you join a waitlist or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product and does not create any contractual right. We may contact you about your enquiry and, where you have opted in, about InPlay Global updates.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale, or use automated means to access the Site except for standard search indexing.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate InPlay Global or any other person.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the InPlay Global name and marks, are owned by InPlay Global, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. (Confirm the governing-law and venue choice with counsel once the incorporation jurisdiction is finalised.)
