01

Our standard

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the public website, including content, navigation, interactive components, and forms.

02

What we build for

  • Keyboard-only navigation across every page.
  • Visible focus states and a skip-to-content link.
  • Sufficient colour contrast against our deep navy backgrounds.
  • Semantic landmarks, headings, and ARIA where appropriate.
  • Reduced-motion support for users with vestibular sensitivities.
  • Alt text for meaningful imagery and decorative imagery marked as such.

03

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and partner-provided media may not yet meet our internal standard. We are actively reviewing these and will update this page as remediation progresses.

04

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, please email us at the address below with the URL, a description of the issue, and (if helpful) the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and aim to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as possible.

05

Feedback

We welcome feedback on how we can do better. Suggestions improve the experience for everyone.
