01

Permitted use

Use the platform for the purpose for which it is intended: viewing information, joining the waitlist, participating in competitions in accordance with their official rules, and (once qualified) trading Performance Securities.

02

Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not attempt to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any form of market manipulation.
  • Scrape, harvest, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the platform other than via documented APIs.
  • Use bots, scripts, automated agents, or coordinated multi- account activity in competitions or on the platform.
  • Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without authorisation in writing.
  • Disrupt or attempt to disrupt platform availability, surveillance systems, or other users' experience.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, staff, or partners.
  • Misrepresent the relationship between you and InPlay Global, including any unauthorised use of our branding.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful, infringing, or sanctioned-jurisdiction purpose.

03

Account integrity

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share accounts, sell accounts, or create multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility or competition rules.

04

Enforcement

InPlay Global may suspend or terminate access, void competition entries, withhold or reclaim prizes, and report conduct to regulators or law enforcement where appropriate. We may take any of these actions without prior notice where we reasonably believe platform integrity or user safety is at risk.

05

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact us at the email below. Where possible, include the date, time, and a description of the conduct.
